A: We charge sample fees, but the sample costs can be credited towards future bulk orders (order quantity≥10,000PCS).
Q: How long does it take to receive samples?
A: The sample production is 7-10 working days (logistics time not included), subject to the complexity of your product.
Q: What is the minimum quantity for sample orders?
A: Our standard sample have 3 pieces and will be shipped within 7-10 working days. For requests such as adding a LOGO or testing a special process, our sales team will customize the best solution for you.
Q: I am very satisfied with the sample I received, so how long does it take to receive bulk orders?
A: If the order quantity is less than 10,000 pieces, the production cycle for batch orders is 25-30 days (counting from the deposit receipt). For orders of over 10,000 pieces, please contact our sales team for specific details based on different production processes.
